Online Order Pickup Policy v1.0

This policy may be updated without notice. Our goal is to give you the best experience possible purchasing our goods from our online store. We do have limits on our time and many orders to handle and ask for your understanding if we make a mistake.

We do not offer shipping; all orders must be picked up in our store according to the pickup rules below. We do not allow items to be held for a later purchase. An item in the online store is available to be purchased by anyone until the checkout process has been completed for that item. If you place an item in your cart, it does not belong to you until you complete the checkout process for your order.

Picking Up Your Order

Once we’ve fulfilled your online order, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know that your purchase is ready for pickup.  After we send this order fulfillment email, you will need to pick up your order during the next business day that we are open.  Our normal open hours are currently Wednesday – Saturday 10:00 – 4:00. We reserve the right to alter these hours anytime. We will always try and make sure any variance from this schedule is listed on our google listing.

Items left beyond this schedule will be considered abandoned and will be placed back on-sale. A refund will be issued for 50%, of the price paid for the item(s) the other 50% will be retained as a restocking fee. Please be sure to pick-up items promptly. We’ll make every effort to contact you prior to restocking your item(s), but you are responsible to pick up your order in accordance with this policy.

Please save or print your order confirmation. No pickups will be allowed without this information.

We need this information to ensure accurate fulfillment of your order, and to ensure orders are only supplied to the person placing the order.

Pickups are only available during our normal open hours, as listed above and on our Google Business Listing.

Bring your confirmation to the front counter and will bring your order to you. Please thoroughly review your item(s) prior to leaving the Store. This will be our last chance to confirm the accuracy of your order and its condition. Once you have left the store, we will not be able to offer a resolution to problems you encounter. All items are sold as is. We encourage you to please, review our Refund Policy for more details, including our commitment to integrity and quality goods.
